daebeté 茶米茶

daebeté means tea leaves in Taiwanese. Roasted tea leaves are like rice grains in that after being bathed in hot water, curled leaves awaken as a sleeping bud and dance freely in the cup. As the color of the tea slowly spreads, its aroma gradually rises until perfection, forming an image of casual life.
daebeté derived from Pin Shiang professional processes and adopts natural farming which uses Mother Nature to provide nutrients, allowing tea tress to grow healthily.
Soil pH value is tested twice a year. Each tea leaf has passed the pesticide residue testing and received TAP mark as evidence that each tea garden is not polluted.
The self-developed low temperature extraction and roasting technique guards every planting procedure, allowing you to enjoy natural fine tea.
